
Combo Scarf is made from 2 strands of DK weight and 1 strand of worsted weight yarn. You can use a variety of sports weight and bulky weight yarns too
Skill Level: easy
Stitches Used: cast on, knit, purl, bind off, making pom poms
Measures: 5″ wide and 60″ long.
Gauge: in stockinette stitch, 8 stitches and 10 rows = 4″ by 4″
Notes: You can use any stitch pattern you want for the scarf. Just simply cast on more or less stitches. Keep in mind that you can make multiple Combo Scarfs with the amount of yarn listed below. (it takes hardly any of the yarn to make 1 scarf)

- 1 skein Bernat Baby Coordinates, Medium pink – 431 yds (75.2% acylic, 22.2% rayon, 2.6% nylon)
- 1 skein Bernat Baby Coordinates, light pink – 431 yds (75.2% acylic, 22.2% rayon, 2.6% nylon)
- 1 skein Caron Simply Soft, light pink – 315 yds (100% acrylic)
- size 15 knitting needles
- yarn needle
- cardboard (for pom poms)
-Pattern-
Stockinette Stitch Version
- With 1 strand of each yarn, cast on 10 stitches.
- Knit 1 row.
- Purl 1 row.
- Repeat numbers 2 and 3 till piece measures 60″.
- Bind off.
- Weave in ends.
- Make 6 pom poms with a diameter of 1 1/2″.
- Attach 3 pom poms to each end.
Garter Stitch Version
- With 1 strand off each yarn, cast on 10 stitches.
- Knit till pieces measures 60″.
- Bind off.
- Weave in ends.
- Make 6 pom poms with a diameter of 1 1/2″ each.
- Attach 3 to each end.

This neck warmer can also be worn as a headband. With the leftovers you can make a rumor bracelet and a mini purse!

- Cast on 9 stitches.
- Knit 1 row.
- Knit 2, purl 5, knit 2.
- Knit 2, decrease, yo, knit 1, yo, decrease, knit 2.
- Knit 2, purl 5, knit 2.
- Knit 1 row.
- Knit 2, purl 5, knit 2.
- Knit 2, yo, decrease, knit 1, decrease, yo, knit 2.
- Knit 2, purl 5, knit 2.
- Repeat numbers 2-9 till piece measures 15″.(ending on row 5)
- Knit 6, bind off the 2 stitches you just knitted (by slipping the stitch you just knitted through the loop before it), knit to end.(button hole row)
- Knit 2, purl 2, yo, purl 2, knit 2.
- Knit 1 row.
- Knit 2, purl 5, knit 2.
- Bind off, weave in ends.
- Sew button underneath the button hole.

- 1 skein Red Heart Super Saver, brown – 364 yds (100% acrylic) (or leftover worsted weight yarn)

- 3 alphabet beads
- 6 black pony beads

Bracelet
- String on the yarn, 3 pony beads, 3 alphabet beads, and 3 more pony beads.
- Cast on 30 stitches.
- Knit 4 rows.
- K 4, bring down a bead, k 3, bright down a bead, k 3, bring down a bead, k 2, bring down a bead, k 3, bring down a bead, k 3, bring down a bead, k 2, bring down a bead, k 3, bring down a bead, k 3, bring down a bead, k4.
- Knit 4 rows.
- Bind off.
- Weave in ends.
- Sew clasps onto both sides.
